How can we help with eating disorder treatment?
Are you or a loved one struggling with an eating disorder, disordered eating or chronic dieting? Do you wish you could have an improved relationship with food and body? Are you searching for freedom from food struggles? We are here to help with your eating disorder treatment. We are dietitians who have dedicated our nutrition practice to support those in building a positive relationship with food and body.
Our comprehensive nutrition programs will help you take the needed steps toward your recovery, whether that be from an eating disorder/disordered eating or chronic dieting. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your food choices. With our Empowered Eating programs, including our anti-diet program and eating disorder recovery program, you will learn the skills to break free from the stress of eating and transform your life.
Please note: We align ourselves with the Health At Every Size © model and do not provide weight loss recommendations. We provide care for individuals of all sizes, ages, races, ethnicities, genders and those in the LGBTQ community who need support from providers in a compassionate, non-judgmental space.

Nutrition Philosophy for Eating Disorder Treatment
We believe food is for both fuel and enjoyment. And all foods have a place in a balanced life*. Nutrition means adopting the skills to tap into your body’s natural hunger and fullness signals to adequately nourish your brain, body, and soul. We call this model “intuitive eating.”
Examples include:
- Eating a burger and fries (instead of a salad and chicken) because you’re truly craving a juicy burger
- Pushing past fullness and eating dessert anyway because it tastes so good
- Eating a lighter lunch because you’re not feeling as hungry
We support our clients in building the foundation of intuitive eating by learning how to reconnect to their bodies’ natural signals. The first step is providing our clients with a flexible meal plan to serve as the training wheels toward intuitive eating. Through this journey, we guide our clients in separating fact from fiction when it comes to nutrition. We guide them toward challenging food rules and fear foods with the ultimate goal of food freedom.
