My Approach

I tailor my approach for each client, however, I particularly enjoy using elements of mindfulness to elicit compassionate behavior change. I strive to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in an accessible and effective way. I am proud to be an anti-diet dietitian who supports the Health at Every Size (HAES) movement.

I am passionate about supporting parents in raising competent, healthy, joyful eaters. I utilize Ellyn Satter’s Division of Responsibility (sDOR) when working with families.

I have successfully treated a wide-range of conditions in a diverse client population. I am happy to have supported children, adults, elderly clients, males, females, and the LGBTQ community through their recovery journey.

I strongly value the relationships and trust that I consciously build with each of my clients. I am confident that these relationships provide a solid foundation for supporting my clients’ recoveries. I consider the whole individual when working with each of my clients and take their values into account. Clients often comment on my warmth, empathy and passion for the work that I do.

I am confident that my life’s work is to assist people in their recovery from eating disorders and body issues. I am grateful to have helped so many people find freedom from eating disorders and body hatred. Let’s work together to reach your goals.
